Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mikab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microguard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Microscan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mikab such as the MikCAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DR12OF04 manufactured by Microguard and we are pleased to be able to service most Microguard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DN120 by Manufacturer Microscan as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Microscan Brand FIS61000047G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microhard-Systems such as IP920A equipment made by Microhard-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microhard-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microhard-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MDS9810 made by Microwave-Data-Systems as well as the popular P900 original spares produced by Microhard-Systems
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S100S138 by Micro-Motion and IP920A spares by Microhard-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ST104A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microwave-Logic.
